Sealed tenders are invited on behalf of Chief Executive Officer, NOIDA for the following works in NOIDA, Distt. Gautam Budh Nagar from approved registered with state PWD, CPWD other Govt./Public Undertakings/Eligible contractors by the undersigned on 02.02.2010 upto 3.00 PM. and the same shall be opened on the same day at 3.30 PM. at the office of Chief Project Engineer, Sector-6, NOIDA. Earnest Money is required in the shape of NSC/CDR/FDR, etc. from any post office/Scheduled Bank, duly pledged in favour of NOIDA.
Tender documents shall be available for sale at the Canara Bank, Sector-6, NOIDA, w.e.f.15.01.2010 to 01.02.2010 on all working days during banking hours. Tender documents shall be issued by the Chief Project Engineer considering the request of the contractors on prescribed Performa available in the Office of Chief Project Engineer. Tenderer have to request for issue of tender up to 29.01.2010 alongwith Earnest money and necessary documents required for eligibility.
The tender shall be on two bid system, where techno-commercial details shall be put into envelop No. (1) and price bid shall be put in to the envelop No. (2) Both these envelopes after being sealed properly shall be put into envelop No. (3) which should be properly sealed, before it is put into the tender box. Envelop No. 1 shall contain all details about experience, qualifications document, income tax clearance, etc. as required. Tender of contractors who do not qualify the pre-qualifciations shall be summarily rejected and their price bids shall not be opened. Authority can reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons. In case the date fix for tender open/received is holiday then the next working days shall be considerforreceived/opened the tenders.
